On the majority of our range, there is no minimum order quantity, you can order 1 or 1000. The exceptions are bespoke custom-made medals and awards.

Yes absolutely, as soon as your order has been placed you shall receive a confirmation email. If this has not come through please check your junk mail box or get in touch.
All of our products are available in our online store so we do not have a paper catalogue.

Yes, absolutely you can order a sample via our website. Then provided the item has not been personalised you can return this for a full refund.
Please just complete the personalise me section on the product then add this to your cart. Then just repeat the process for each award you require. Or if you prefer you can send us an email with your requirements and we can process the order for you.
Yes absolutely, if you create an account and log in the items you add to your cart will be saved there.

No, you can checkout as a guest if you prefer. You will still receive an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation via email.
Please just click on the person icon on the top right-hand side of the page and you will be able to add your personal details and create a password. You will then receive an account activation email for you to confirm.
Your account activation email will be sent immediately after applying for an account. If this has not been received please check your spam email inbox. If the email still cannot be found please do not hesitate to contact us and we can resolve this for you.
Although we do not have access to your customer account password you can request a reset password email and you will be emailed with a link to reset it.

Yes, absolutely please just get in touch with your requirement and we can process your order and send an invoice. Please note all purchase orders must be paid before we can dispatch any goods.
Yes all of our website prices include VAT.
All of our orders are inclusive of VAT including orders to Jersey and Gurnsey. We are not able to remove VAT from the price.

There is a box on the right hand side of the checkout page where you can add your discount code.
Yes, absolutely. Please just quote the code at the point of order.
Yes absolutely please just get in touch and our customer service team can add the code to your order and refund the difference.
Yes, absolutely. Please check that the discount code does not have an expiry date. Please also type in the discount code rather than copying and pasting (sometimes copying and pasting can add a space to either end). Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you experience any further issues.

Yes, absolutely. Please get in touch and we can advise on re-stocking dates.
Each award size will be detailed in the product description. Many awards come in multiple sizes so if this is the case there will be the option to choose the size you require on the product. Sometimes it can be hard to visualize the size of the award so we recommend checking this on a ruler before you make a purchase.
Many of our premium glass awards come in presentation boxes. This will be detailed on the product page. Some of our products also have the option to add a gift box to your order.
Yes all of our sizes include the base and are the completely height of the award.
Delivery Times, Costs, Locations & Returns
Deliveries & Aftercare
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will get an email confirmation with the tracking number. You can follow this link to the couriers tracking information. The vast majority of our deliveries are fully trackable except small letter items.
Prior to dispatch we can amend your delivery address or add items to your order. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched we are no longer able to amend the delivery address.
Yes absolutely. Please contact us as soon as possible and we can do our very best to help.
We are very sorry there is an issue with your order. If your delivery has not been attempted by your requested date due to a courier glitch please get in touch. Our team will be more than happy to partially/fully refund any delivery costs depending on the circumstances.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased on the web site (except personalised engraved items and customised items as these are purchased to order and are non refundable) you can request a full refund within 7 days after receipt of the item. However, you must takereasonable care of the items and must return them in their original packaging and without use.
As soon as we receive your return we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Yes absolutely. Please contact our customer service team and we can arrange this for you. You would be liable for the postage cost to us and the return postage back to you along with the engraving charge.
